    Aaron,

I have deleted posts in the past on the blog I am using for this class. Should I make and delete another?

  2. aaron Says:

No need for that James. You can leave them there if you wish.

    Hi Aaron,

I uploaded a song to the Friends World space via WordPress as an example of my first experimentations with Audacity, and when the upload was complete, I was given the html to link it into my blog. I copied and pasted it, but the link wouldn’t work (the page it went to said that the file didn’t exist there). I tried to re-upload the song, but it said the file already existed. Now I can’t find the file anywhere.

How can I find the file and link it into my blog?

Also, in order to upload the file, I had to change the upload options to accept MP3s, and the file size max. to 3,000 kb (the file is 2.20 MB and I wanted to be safe about it). Is this alright? Is the file too large and should I just forget the whole thing?

    Please help me!
    Thankyou,
    Marielle

  5. HELP!!!Kimberly please Says:

    Hi fellow class mates. HELP!!!!!!!!
I find myself in hot water, and too far behind. I am in a desperate state. If everyone helps a small bit perhaps this sinking ship can recover. Please!!!! If you all could take a look at my site I am missing some big ideas and details and steps. I know I need to link to bloglines but how do I even back up my stuff. Does back up mean save it to a disk. Oh dear. Just a little help from everyone might get me up to par and back into the active web community!

  6. HELP!!!Kimberly please Says:

When I am in my blog and I go to contacts or home after writing a reply nothing happens. I always have to close the window and sign in all over again with my user name and password to go back home. What have done or not done this time! Thanks All Love Kim

Kimberly…these questions should be posted on our discussion list, so that everyone will see them and respond. People are unlikely to find them here.

Frankly, I’m having difficulty understanding your questions, so perhaps a discussion on the list would be appropriate:

I am unable to get to that link. I have been trying for weeks now! My password I know and my user name, but they will not work, can you help.
Also, if I am commenting on my blog or others once I am on the blog page reading, how can I get back home. I click on home and get no where. I always have to long out! Also you said to back up my files first to link to blogger, but what does back up mean. Also I am still not linking my blogrole to my post correctly.
    thanks
I would post these to the discussion list but I can not even get there!

  9. aaron Says:

I don’t understand what you mean by ‘I can’t even get there’. Did you not click on the link I left in response #7? What happens when you do that?

Also, what do you mean by you can’t ‘get back home’? What exactly are you referring to? Where do you want to go?
